Core Skills for Handling Organizational Change

Introduce members of your organization to a structured process for handling any type of change initiative launched in the organization. Participants learn how to use the Six Keys of C.H.A.N.G.E. to analyze and assess the impact of a change on them, identify their attitude toward change and different types of negative behaviors demonstrated by themselves and others that can derail initiatives. Using a case-study or real-life change happening within the organization, participants will have the opportunity to use the Personal Change Decision Making Model to make a decision about dealing with the change.
